      An eleven-lot single-family home subdivision, with a bank, convenience store with fuel pumps, and retail, at Skippack Pike & Valley Forge Road
    • Bethel Development Associates
      A two-lot, single family detached subdivision on Skippack Pike.
    • Huganir
      A sketch plan of a eight-lot subdivision off of Artmar Road.

    These projects are among those receiving approval in recent years where construction has not yet begun
    • Meadowood
      A 4,200 sf addition to an existing community center at a retirement community at Skippack Pike
    • Sparango Construction
      An eight-lot single-family subdivision at Berks Road
    • Stony Creek Village
      Office, retail and restaurant buildings at North Wales Road & Township Line Road
    • Gunsalas Tract
      A three-lot subdivision on Mill Road
    • Meadowood
      Memory Care Facility

    The following approved subdivision and land development projects are now under construction
    • Whitehall Estates
      A 39 single-family detached home subdivision at Whitehall Road
    • Reserve at Center Square
      A 250-unit subdivision at the former Center Square Golf Course. 125 units will be townhomes, 125 units will be detached singles.
    • Meadowood
      Two generator units to service an existing retirement community at Skippack Pike

All plans are available for public review at the Township Building, Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 4:30 pm.
