Soliciting and Peddling

Soliciting and Peddling is allowed in Worcester Township provided the individual maintains and active solicitation permit. These permits must be presented in their original print form upon the request of any person or police officer.

A permit for solicitation is not an endorsement of an organization by the Township, it is the recognition that the organization will be in the area and they have submitted their proper paperwork.
