NOTICE
The Worcester Township Board of Supervisors, during its scheduled meeting on March 20, 2024, will conduct a Public Hearing commencing after 7:00 PM at Community Hall, 1031 Valley Forge Rd, Fairview Village, to consider enactment of Ordinance 24-297, an Ordinance to amend the Code of Worcester Township so to provide fire hydrant specifications and color-coding standards.
The full text of the Ordinance is available for inspection at the Montgomery County Law Library, Township Building, Times Herald offices, and worcestertwp.com. Copies are available at cost at the Township Building, 1721 Valley Forge Rd, Worcester, PA, M-F, 7 AM-4:30 PM.
The public is invited to attend and will be given an opportunity to provide comments regarding the proposed Ordinance. Persons with disabilities wishing to attend the public meeting and/or the public hearing and requiring auxiliary aid, service or other accommodations to participate, should contact the Township Manager, Sean Halbom, at 610-584-1410. At the conclusion of the hearing, the Board may take action to adopt the Ordinance referenced herein.
